Aufgaben
Take responsibility, energize and fuel up the European Sales Organization with dynamism, play a strong leadership role in directing the sales effort and in personally delivering new business to meet the strategic targets set, develop and implement a challenging mar-keting and sales strategy
Anforderungsprofil
first-rate academic qualifications and probably an MBA in Business Management or similar qualifications; the ideal candidate would be a person with extraordinary managerial skills and strong talents in developing markets and clients to the next level. Not necessarily a chemical engineer. Five to ten years of management responsibility within the software solution industry, including a track record of change/ business development and senior management engagement.
