Founded in the Eighties, the Firm offers focused and very commercial Change Management and Operational Strategy consulting services across Europe and North America. With some 600 dedicated people (of which roughly 300 are in EMEA) the focus is on work-ing closely with both senior client management as also line staff and the application of well-tried methodologies in conjunction with them.
The Lead Analyst plays a crucial role leading the analysis process of a project. This process will take anywhere between four to twelve weeks before the implementation phase starts. The Lead Analyst is responsible for getting “the green light” from the client to go ahead with the implementation phase. This role has three to eight Consultants or Operational Consultant Managers as direct reports on average per analysis. The total analysis process ends up with a presentation to the client.
We look for a minimum five to ten years of management responsibility within industry, in-cluding a track record of change/ project management and senior management engagement. Ideal candidates would also be able to demon-strate a minimum of five to ten years experi-ence within a consulting environment. Superior analytical skills should be matched by a thorough understanding of business fundamentals and operations management practices. Besides analytical abilities a pragmatic ap-proach is needed: very hands-on, able to dig in deep. The successful candidate will have first rate academic qualifications and probably an MBA or similar qualifications. Excellent command of the English language and native or bi-lingual level German.
