We support individuals outside of our projects in their personal orientation and their search for a new challenge. On the basis of many successful mandates and numerous interviews in focussed markets, we have developed a personal expertise which is encountered only rarely: neutral competence.

It is an integral part of our daily practice to moderate, evaluate, analyse, counsel, motivate, or neutralise. In an orientation phase ingeniam offers this neutral expertise to executives in the form of a wide range of highly individual and temporally flexible services.

Our professional fees for Career Consulting Services are time based. The first face to face meeting – before the coaching sessions start – is on principle free of charge.
